Banana Cream Dessert

(8-10 servings)

  • 1 pkg. “JIFFY” Banana Nut Muffin Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 pkgs. (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 container (8 oz.) whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 400. Grease 8″ square pan.

Mix muffin mix as directed on package. Bake 15 minutes. Cool and crumble. Combine pudding mix with cream cheese, add milk a little at a time; beat well. In separate bowl, layer banana nut crumbs, pudding, bananas and whipped topping. Top off with whip topping and sprinkle top with pecans. Chill and serve.
